Sind SIGG Flaschen für die Mikrowelle geeignet?
Die Flaschen dürfen nicht in die Mikrowelle, auf eine heisse Herdplatte, in den heissen Backofen oder in den Gefrierschrank gestellt werden.
Kann heisses Wasser in Aluminiumflasche gefüllt werden?
Aluminium ist ein hervorragender Wärmeleiter. Das heisst die Temperatur der eingefüllten Flüssigkeit macht sich auch an der Aussenseite der der Trinkflasche bemerkbar. Wir empfehlen daher Wasser mit einer Temperatur bis maximal 40°C einzufüllen.
Welche Flüssigkeiten kann ich in SIGG Trinkflaschen aufbewahren?
Alle SIGG Trinkflaschen wurden mit vielen verschiedenen Getränketypen getestet, wie säurehaltigen Getränken, kohlensäurehaltigen Getränken, Milch, Alkohol, Apfel- und Zitronensaft etc. Wir raten aber davon ab, Getränke mit natürlichen Gärungsprozessen wie Apfelsaft oder Milch über längere Zeiträume in der Flasche zu belassen. Dieser natürliche Prozess kann das Bakterienwachstum fördern und Gase und starke Gerüche erzeugen, die schwer zu beseitigen sind.
Sind die Trinkflaschen auslaufsicher?
Alle SIGG Verschlüsse sind wasserdicht. Aber auch Verschlüsse und Versiegelungen unterliegen normaler Abnutzung durch intensive Verwendung. Wir empfehlen, den Flaschenverschluss nicht im Geschirrspüler zu waschen, sondern abzunehmen, mit heissem Wasser auszuspülen und an der Luft trocknen zu lassen. Hilfreich ist es oft auch, wo möglich die Flaschendichtung auszuwechseln. Diese ist als Ersatzteil bei Händlern und in unserem Webshop erhältlich.
Wie reinigt man die Aluminium‐/Glas‐/Kunststoffflaschen am besten?
Für Aluminiumflaschen: Reinigungstabletten oder mildes Reinigungsmittel, nicht in die Spülmaschine.
Für Glasflaschen: Nur von Hand reinigen, keine Chlor‐ oder Bleichmittel, weiche Tücher/Schwämme.
Für Kunststoff (z. B. Tritan, Polypropylen): Zwar teilweise spülmaschinenfest, aber handgereinigt mit mildem Reinigungsmittel empfohlen, um Druckfarbe etc. nicht zu beschädigen

Before a stainless steel drinking bottle leaves our production lines, it undergoes numerous testing, including a manual quality check to ensure it's in perfect condition. We also carry out a series of tests at regular intervals to ensure our metal bottles are free from BPF, BPS, PVC, polycarbonates and other harmful chemicals.
