Our standard products have a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Personalized products are an exception, as they may have a longer delivery time of up to 7 business days due to the additional printing process.

Not satisfied with your item? Was the wrong product delivered, or is something missing from your order? We accept complaints via our contact form. To process your complaint, we will need the order number as stated on the invoice. Would you like to exchange or cancel your order? Please return the package to our address within 14 days of receipt (if exchanging, please indicate which item you would like to exchange it for). Once we have received the goods, we will send you the new product or refund the amount (provided the goods have not been used). Please note that we do not cover shipping costs. If the SIGG product was purchased in a store or on a website other than www.sigg.com, please contact the retailer directly.

All SIGG caps are waterproof. However, caps and seals are subject to normal wear and tear from intensive use. We recommend not washing the bottle cap in the dishwasher, but rather removing it, rinsing it with hot water, and allowing it to air dry. It is often helpful to replace the bottle seal where possible. This is available as a spare part from retailers and in our online shop.

For aluminum bottles: Use cleaning tablets or mild detergent; do not put in the dishwasher.

For glass bottles: Clean by hand only, no chlorine or bleach, use soft cloths/sponges.

For plastics ( e.g., Tritan, polypropylene): Although partially dishwasher safe, hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended to avoid damaging printing ink, etc.
