Chicken with Cucumber Couscous

  • 200g Chicken breast
  • Salt, pepper and paprika
  • Some oliveoil
  • 1 red onion
  • 100g couscous
  • 1 cucumber

Preparation

Spice the chicken breast with salt pepper and 
paprika. Add olive oil to a
frying pan and fry the
chicken breast. Cut the onion in little pieces and
roast
them in a sauce pan. Put 200ml salted water
in the pan and add 100g couscous.
Cut the
cucumber into pieces. Mix couscous with cucumbers
on a plate and serve
with a chicken breast.
          

Pastasalad

  • 150g pasta
  • 1 broccoli
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100g swiss cheese
  • Some chive

 Preparation

Boil pasta and broccoli in salted water. Let them cool down. Mix it afterwards with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and swiss cheese. Use olive oil and vinegar for the dressing.

          

Frozen yogurt

  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 1dl coconut milk
  • 150g natural yogurt

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt, powdered sugar and lime juice in a large chrome steel bowl. Stir in coconut milk, cover for about 4 hours, stirring 3 times. Serve with sliced ​​kiwi and passion fruit. Granola can also be spread over the frozen yogurt.

          

 

Summer tarte

  • 1 tarte pastry
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • ½ courgette
  • 1 Spring onion
  • ½ teaspoon Fleur de Sel
  • Some pepper
  • 30g pine nuts


Unroll the pastry and spread with crème fraîche. Add the courgette and the onions, spices and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake it in the oven at 200 c for 20 minutes.
